These are ethylene-vinyl acetate panels, with excellent thermoforming properties, which have been designed for the production of prosthetic molds and functional foot orthoses.
The panels have a low shrinkage coefficient, which translates into excellent dimensional stability and excellent compatibility with the patient’s needs.
Simolife EVA Flex panels are physiologically safe according to BfR, EU and FDA and are certified as biocompatible in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10993-5/-10.
Thus, products made of this material can come into contact with the skin without causing irritation or other conditions.
Simolife materials are resistant to detergents, disinfectants or other cleaning products.
Standard Sizes
The size of the sheets are:
- 400 × 400 mm for thicknesses of 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm
- 1000 × 2000 mm for thicknesses of 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm.
