POM-C+PE – polyacetal sheets
In order to be used in various special applications, polyacetal has been improved by adding special additives, which improve certain properties.
POM-C with solid lubricant (PE)
POM-C + PE is a polyacetal copolymer added with solid lubricant, light blue in color and was specially created for applications that require a low friction coefficient between the elements of the mechanical systems. These sheets are recommended to be used in the production of the structural parts of a mechanical assembly, being necessary to withstand the heavy loads to which these structures are subjected.
Standard sizes
Polyacetal copolymer sheets added with solid lubricant are delivered with thicknesses between 8 mm and 100 mm and with standard sizes of 1000 x 2000 mm.

Processing
In order to be able to make different finished products, polyacetal semi-finished products undergo certain machining, such as drilling, turning, milling, cutting, threading, etc. Due to the almost zero moisture absorption, the dimensional stability of the polyacetal parts is clearly superior to the parts made of PA6 polyamide.
